This advanced  training course offers a wider selection of balloon creations and allows you to create a fantastic array of designs. Lessons are again hands on and include a selection of top sellable balloon decorations including Heart Frame Work, Small Sculpture, Bride & Groom, walls, Fantasy Flowers and the truly elegant Floating clouds.
